Serves for 5-6.
Method:
1)1/2 kg chakka
2)1cup mango pulp
3)1/4 cup sugar
4)5-6 cardamom powder
5)5-6 Almonds
6) Nutmeg powder
Method:
Curd after removing
water by hanging it overnight in muslin cloth for chakka.
Take chakka in bowl
add mango pulp and sugar and mix wel.
Keep aside for 15-20 minutes until sugar dissolves.
Churn into pooran machine.
Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and slices of almonds.
Chill in the refrigerator and serve with puri.
Tips:
If you are using homemade mango pulp do not add water in it.
Do not add entire amount of sugar. Once sugar is dissolves in
chakka the consistency loosen.
