Breadchi Bhajji

Serves for 2.


Ingredients:

1) 5-6 bread slices
2) 1 Cup Chana dal  flour 
3) Turmeric Powder
4) Salt as per taste
5) 1 tsp red chilly powder
6) 1/2 cup water
7) Ginger garlic paste
8) Oil for deep frying


Method:

Take chana dal flour, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Pour water in it and blend into medium thick paste.

Immerse the bread slices into it.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread until brown.

Serve hot with sauce.
