1) 1 cup Besan 
2) 1 cup Water
3) 1 cup Chopped coriander
4) 1 chopped Onion
5) 7-8 Garlic roughly chopped
6) Oil
7) 1 tsp mustard seeds
8) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
9) Curry Leaves
10) 5-6 Green Chillies
11) Salt as per taste


Heat oil in kadai, add roughly chopped garlic and saute till it turn into golden brown.

Then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves,chopped green chilies and chopped onion and saute till onion becomes golden brown.

Once onion done add chopped coriander. Suate for another few seconds.

Add water in besan and make fine mixture of besan without lumps. Add salt.

Add this mixture to coriander. 

Turn heat to low.

Keep on starring to avoid lumps. 

It will become dry. 

Put lid on kadai and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
