Dinkache laddu in English:

It may also decrease appetite, giving a sense of fullness, when it expands in the intestine when consumed. Moreover, traditionally, given to lactating mothers. Dinkache laddu with sweet khajur and other dry fruits is the best you can have in winters. Khajur acts as a natural sweetener. Dates rich in iron is good for heart as contains low cholesterol. Overall, all ingredients including the almond-cashew crush are perfectly preferred for winters. Edible gum and dates laddu forms a delicious breakfast in the winters with a glass of milk. बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ १५ मिनिटे


साहित्य:

) पाव कीलो खजूर 
) १०० ग्रॅम डिंक 
) ५० ग्रॅम सुखे खोबरे 
) ५० बदाम काजू 
) २५ ग्रॅम खसखस 
) ५०  ग्रॅम तूप 


कृती:


खजुराचे बारीक तुकडे करून घ्यावे.




एका भांड्यात खोबरे थोडेसे परतून गरम करावे.




जास्त गरम करू नये


बदाम काजू कोरडे भाजावे





खसखस कोरडा भाजून घ्यावा





त्याच भांड्यात तूप गरम करावे डिंक फुलवून घ्यावा.






खजूर, खोबरे, काजू, बदाम  खसखस एकत्र करून मिक्सरला जाडसर वाटून घ्यावे.






फुलविलेला डिंक कुटुन घ्यावा.


वाटलेल्या मिश्रणात डिंक मिसळून घ्यावा







तयार मिश्रणाचे लाडू वळून घ्यावे





हे लाडू १० दिवस टिकतात


हवाबंद डब्ब्यामध्ये भरून ठेवावे.


थंडीच्या दिवसात खावे.
