Raghavdas Ladoo | Traditional Recipe in Marathi | राघवदास लाडू


Raghavdas Ladoo is the awesome aromatic blend of fresh grated coconut and roasted semolina. It is traditional sweet made from fresh coconut and roasted rava (semolina). पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ: २० मिनिटे
बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ: १५ मिनिटे
नग:  २३-२५ लाडू
कृती स्रोत : माझी आई 

साहित्य:

१) १/२ वाटी ओल खोबर
२) दीड वाटी बारीक रवा
३) १/३ वाटी पातळ तूप
४) दीड वाटी साखर
५) १ मोठा चमचा दूध
६) वेलची पूड
७) किसमिस



कृती:


एका  पॅनमध्ये मध्यम आचेवर खोबर ५-६ मिनिटे कोरड भाजून घ्यावे.


भाजलेल खोबर एका भांड्यात काढून ठेवाव.


त्याच भांड्यात तूप घ्यावे.






तूप थोडेसे गरम झाले की त्यात रवा घालून थोडासा लालसर खमंग भाजून घ्यावा.








रवा झाला की भांडे गॅसवरून खाली उतरून घ्यावे.






दुसऱ्या भांड्यात साखर व ३/४ वाटी पाणी घालून साखर वितळे पर्यन्त ढवळावे.






साखर वितळली की एक चमचा दूध घालावे.


दूधामुळे पाकातली मळ वर येईल ती चमच्याने काढून टाकावी.






एक तारी पाक बनवावा व गॅस बंद करावा.


तयार पाकात त्यात भाजलेले खोबरे, वेलची पूड घालून चमच्याने ढवळून रव्याचे मिश्रण घालून चमच्याने मिक्स करून घ्यावे.








झाकण ठेवून मिनिटे बाजूला करून ठेवावे.





मिश्रण थोडेसे थंड झाले की तळहाथाला थोडेसे तूप लावावे व तयार मिश्रणाचे लाडू वळून घ्यावे.






किसमिस लावून सजवून घ्यावे.

थंड झाले की हवाबंद डब्ब्यात ठेवावे.
