मटकीची उसळ

Matkichi Usal in English 

वेळ :  
१५ मिनिटे (मटकी भिजवण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ वगळून)
२ व्यक्तीन साठी.

साहित्य :

१)१ वाटी मटकी भिजवून मोड काढलेली 

२)२छोटे चमचे तेल  
३)हळद
४)मालवणी मसाला २ चमचे किंवा आवडीनुसार 
५)कांदा एक मोठा 
६)१ वाटी खवलेले ओलें खोबरे 
७)४-५ कढीपत्त्याची पाने 
८)कोथिंबीर 
९)१ टोम्याटो 
१०)आवडीनुसार मिठ 


कृती :

मटकी ६-७ तास भिजवून घ्यावी. साधारण १२ तास कापडात बांधून मोड काढावे.   

एका भांडयात तेल गरम करुण कढीपत्ता घालून बारिक चिरलेला अर्धा कांदा घालून परतावं.  

कांदा चांगला  लाल होयी पर्यंत भाजावा. 

आता त्यात मटकी घालून चांगले परतावे.

थोडसं पाणी घालून मालवणी मसाला घालून झाकण ठेऊन मध्यम ग्यासवर मसाला चांगला उकळू दयावा. 

एका भांडयात एक चमचा तेल घालून त्यात कांदा भाजून ओलं खोबर हि भाजून घ्यावे.

थंड झाल्यावर मिक्सरमध्ये बारिक वाटून घ्यावं. 

मसाला शिजला  की हे वाटण आणि बारीक चिरलेला  टोम्याटो  त्यात घालावं. 

सोबत मिठ घालावे. वरून छान कोथिंबीर घालावी.
