Keshri Sheera

15Minutes,
Serves for 2.
  
Ingredients:
1) 1 cup rava
2) ½ cup ghee
3) ½ cup sugar
4) 2 cups Milk
5) ½ cup water
6) Nutmeg powder
7) Cardamom powder
8) Cashew nuts, almonds, raisins,piyal seeds.
9) Saffron
Method

Heat ghee in a pan.

Roast rava till little brown .

Boil water into another pan.

Add warm water into roasted rava.  once it soak add boiled milk.

Add sugar and all dry fruits.

Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and saffron.

Cook on medium low heat for another 5 minutes
