Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup cut tendli pieces(Ivy Gourd)
2) 1 chopped onion
3) Turmeric Powder
4) 2 tsp Malvani Masala
5) 5-6 Curry Leaves
6) ½ cup grated
coconut
7) 2 tsp oil
8) Coriander leaves
9) Salt as per taste
Method:
Wash and dry the tendli’s.
Heat oil in a kadhai. When oil is hot enough add curry
leaves and tendli’s.
Fry little cover and cook the tendli’s for another 5 minutes.
Stir well without adding water.
Cook for another 5 minutes on medium low flame.
Once they are done add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
