Ingredients:
1)
1 Cup soaked chickpeas
2) 2 tbsp oil
3) Turmeric powder
4) 2 tsp Malvani Masala
5) 1chopped onion
6) 1 cup grated coconut
7) 7-8 Curry Leaves
8) Coriander Leaves
2) 2 tbsp oil

9) 1Tomato
10) Salt as per taste

Method:
Soak Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana) for 6-7 hours.
Pressure
cook.
Do
not overcook otherwise it will become tasteless.
In
a heated pan add oil and curry patta.
Add
chopped onion.
Fry
onion until golden brown.
Add
Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)stir it well.
Add
little water and malvani masala.
Put
lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes on low medium flame.
At
the other side in pan add little oil and chopped onion fry until it get
transparent.
Add
grated coconut fry until golden brown.
Keep
side for cool down.
Make
fine paste of it. Add paste and chopped tomatoes to Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana).
Add
salt and coriander leaves.
Serve
hot with chapatti or pav as per your choice.
