Kanda Batata Rassa


Time:  

15 minutes
Serves for 2.



Ingredients:
1) 4 Potato
2) 1 Tomato
3) 2 Medium size Onion
4) Turmeric Powder
5) 2 tsp Malvani Masala
6)  5-6 Curry Leaves
7) Ginger Garlic Paste
8) 1 Cup grated coconut
9) 2 tsp oil
10)  Coriander Leaves
11) Salt as per taste


Method:

Cut Potatoes, Tomatoes and Onion in same size.

Heat oil in kadhai.

Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.

Saute onion till translucent.


Add chopped tomato. Cook until tomato turns tender and oil get separated.



Add masala, turmeric powder and salt.

Add potatoes and fry couple of minutes and then add cup of water.



Stir it well and cook covered until potatoes are done.

Stir it. 


Once it done garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chaptti or rice.
