भोपळ्याची खीर | Pumpkin Kheer



वेळ :  

 तास,
- व्यक्तींसाठी . 

साहित्य :

 लिटर साईसकट दूध   
/ छोटा चमचा तूप  
 वाटी लाल भोपळा 
- छोटे चमचे साखर   
- वेलची पूड  
  बदाम    काजू प्रत्येकी 

कृती :

भोपळा स्वच्छ  धुवून किसुम घ्यावा

एका भांडयात तूप गरम करावे . 

किसलेला भोपळा - मिनिटे  गरम तुपावर भाजून घ्यावे

अगदी लालसर भाजू नयेत.  फक्त पाणी सुकेपर्यंत भाजावा

दुसऱ्या  बाजूला दूध गरम करावे  चांगले उकळू दयावे

उकळी आल्यावर ग्यास मंद करून  भाजलेला भोपळा त्यात घालावा

एकसारखे  ढवळत राहावे . 

भोपळा शिजू दयावा आणि दूध आहे  त्यापेक्षा  अर्धे  होईस्तोवर  सतत ढवळत राहावे

भांडयाला  खाली  लागणार नाही  याची  काळजी घ्यावी

या सर्व  कृतीसाठी साधारण ३०-३५ मिनिटे लागतात . 

भोपळा शिजल्यावर   दूध चांगले  आटल्यावर  साखर , वेलची  पूड व काजू बदाम ची काप घालावी

अजून  मिनिटे  चांगली उकळू  दयावी

आता  ग्यास वरून   बाजूला  करून   थंड  करावी . 

ही  खीर  थंड  किंवा  गरम  आवडीनुसार  खावयास  दयावी
