Cilantro Fritters

Serves for 2 persons.

Ingredients:

1)1 cup of Chopped stems of Coriander
2)1/2 cup soaked channa dal
3)1 onion   
4) Turmeric powder
5) Salt as per taste
6)1 tsp red chili powder
8) Ginger Garlic paste
9) Cumin
10)1 tsp Rice flour
11) Oil

Method:

Soaked chana dal for 5-6 hours.
Drain all water and grind to the fine paste.
In bowl put chopped onion, paste of chana dal,rice flour,cumin,ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped stems and salt mix all these together.
Heated oil adds small size balls. Deep fry until golden brown.
