Sabudana Kheer

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1)1/2 cup Sabudana    
2)2 cup milk
3)4 tsp sugar
4) Cardamom powde
5)5-6 raisins
6)2-3 almonds


Method:

Wash and soak Sabudana for 1-2 hours in about 2 cup of water.



Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan and let it boil.



Add Sabudana along with the water and cook until it is soft on low flame for 10-15 minutes.





Add sugar, Cardamom powder stir it.

Add raisins and slices of almonds.

Kheer can be serve hot or chilled as desired.
