Serves for 2.
3) 5-6 Curry leaves
4) ½ tsp mustard seeds
5) ½ tsp cumin seeds
6) 2 chopped green chillies
7) 1 tsp urad dal
8) 2 tsp pea nuts
9) Salt as per taste

Method:
In a pan, heat oil.
Add mustard seeds.
When it crackles add cumin seed and urad dal.
Fry till they start to brown. Add peanuts fry till brown.
Now add onion and fry till oil separate from it.
Add green chillies and curry leaves.
Add roasted rava and stir it well.
Boil water in separate pan.
Add boiled water to this mixture and let it come
boil.
Add salt and sugar.
Keep on stirring otherwise lumps will be formed.
The semolina will absorb water.
Reduce the flame and simmer the upma for 3-4
minutes.
Keep stirring.
Serve hot and garnish with coconut, coriander leaves
with lemon juice.
