Ukarpendi

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups Whole wheat flour
2) 3 tsp oil
3) 5-6 curry leaves 
4) ½ tsp mustard seeds
5) ½ tsp cumin seeds 
6) 2 chopped green chillies
7) 1 chopped onion
8) 2 tsp peanuts
9) 3-4 pieces green mangoes
10) Salt as per taste 
11) ½ tsp sugar
12) Coriander leaves
13) Sev

Method:

In a pan,  heat oil.

Roast wheat flour and keep aside.

For tempering add little oil, add mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chopped chillies and chopped onion.

Fry till oil get separated from onion.

Add peanuts till little brown.

In a pan boil water.

Add flour into above mixture. And stir it well.

Add water, and green mango, salt and sugar. And stir it well.

Keep lid.

The flour will absorb water.

Reduce the flame and simmer the ukarpendi for 3-4 minutes.

Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion and sev.
