Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup rava semolina
2) 2 tsp oil
3) 5-6 curry Leaves  
4) 1 chopped onion 
5) ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
6) ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
7) 2-3 chopped green chillies
8) 1 tsp Urad Dal
9) 2 tsp soaked chana dal
10) Salt as per taste
11) ½ tsp Sugar
12) Lemon Juice
13) Coriander Leaves

Method:

Heat pan add oil and roast rava until it turns slight brown on a medium low heat.

Take out rava and keep aside. In a same pan add little oil,
Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies wait till mustard crackle.

Add chopped onion stir till oil separated from onion.

Add urad dal and soaked chana dal.

Add rava and stir it.

Boil water in another pan.

Add it to above mixture and keep stirring continuously.

Add salt.

Rava will soak all water.

Now reduce heat on medium low flame keep lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Keep mixing in between. Add lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
