Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
2) 1 cup grated Beat Root
3) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4) Turmeric Powder
5) Salt as per taste

6) Coriander leaves
7) Ginger Garlic paste
8) 1 tsp oil
9) ½ cup Ghee
Method:

Method:
Mix all ingredients like grated beat root, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Add
enough water and knead to semi-soft dough.
Add
little oil and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Divide
dough into a equal portion and roll out each portion into circle, using little
wheat flour for rolling.
Heat
a tava and cook each thalipeeth on both sides, using little ghee, till brown
spots appear on both the sides.
Serve
hot with curd.
