Kanda Bhajji

10 Minutes
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 1 Cup Besan
2) 2 onion sliced
3) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 
4) Turmeric Powder
5) Salt as per taste
6) 4 green chillies
7) Coriander Leaves
8) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
9) Pinch of baking powder
10) 1 tsp red chilli powder
11) Oil for frying.

Method:

Mix salt in onion slices and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Add besan, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder mix it well.

Do not add water.

Mixture should not be very thick nor smooth.

Now add oil to khadai for deep fry.

Once the oil is enough hot add the batter in small quantities.

Cook on medium low flame so the bhajjis are cooked properly.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
