Ingredients:

1) 1 cup rava
21/2 cup ghee
3) 1/2 cup sugar
4) 2 cup milk 
5) 1/2 cup water
6) 1 tsp cardamom powder
7) Dry fruits like almonds, cashew, raisins.
8) Pinch of salt












Method

Heated pan add gee and rava and roast till golden brown.
In the meantime keep a water and milk to boil.
Add water to rava once it dry add hot milk and stir it.
Add cardamom powder and all dry fruits and finally a pinch of salt and sugar.
Cover with lid.
Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
