Sabudana Vada

20 Minutes,
Serves for 4.

Ingredients:


1)  1/2 cup  Sago (Sabudana)
2)  1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
3)  1/4 Cup Peanuts crush 
4)  2 tbsp  rajgira  flour
5)  2 chopped chillies
6)  1/2 tbsp lemon juice
7)  Coriander leaves
8)  Cumin Seeds
9)  Salt as per taste
10) Oil for frying

Method:

Wash the Sabudana.  Drain  and keep aside for 3-4 hours.

If required sprinkle little water.

In mixing bowl add sabudana, mashed potatoes, peanuts crush,  rajgira flour, chopped chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.

Mix thoroughly. Knead lightly to form a soft dough.

Divide the mixture into a small balls  shape and flatten slightly.

Deep  fry the vadas into hot oil until it turns to golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or  sweet curd.
