Banana Fritters

3) 1 tsp rice flour
4) Turmeric Powder
5) ½ tsp red chilli powder
6) Pinch of baking soda
7) Salt as per taste

8) Oil for deep frying
Soak them into salt water for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile mix all ingredients like chickpea flour, rice flour,
turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and baking powder.
Add enough water prepare batter.
Heat oil in pan for deep frying. Drain water from
Banana slices.
Deep slices into the batter and deep fry them till it turn
into golden colour.
