Bharli Mirchi | Stuffed Chillies

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 6-8 Medium sized Chillies
2) 1 tsp  grated fresh coconuts
3) 6 tbsp gram flour 
4) 1 tsp red chilly powder
5) ½ tsp cumin and coriander powder
6) 3 tbsp Oil
7) Turmeric Powder
8) ½ tsp lemon juice
9) Coriander Leaves
10) Salt as per taste

Method:

Wash and clean Mirchies with water. Dry with clean cloth.

Slit each Mirchi from one side.

Do not cut into pieces.

For stuffing in a mixing bowl add gram flour, cumin seeds and coriander seeds powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt.

In a pan heat oil add grated coconut roast it for few minutes.

Add above gram flour mixture and stir it for 2-3 minutes.

Add little lemon juice for above mixture.

Stuff this mixture in each mirchi.

Heat oil add  little red chilly powder and stuffed mirchi one by one carefully.

Turn the heat low, cover with lid and the mirchi cook.

When mirchi is cooked 

Serve as a side dish.
