Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour
2) 1/2 Cup
Semolina (Rava)
3) 1/2 Cup
Sugar
4)
Turmeric Powder
5)
Cardamom Powder
6) Ghee
Method:
Combine
all ingredients in a mixing bowl except ghee.
Add 1/2
cup water .
Mix well
to make a smooth batter.
Keep aside
for 20-30 minutes.
Heat
little ghee in Non Stick Pan and pour a spoonful of the batter into a hot ghee
and fry over a medium flame.
Cook on both side till malpua turned into golden brown.
Serve hot.
