Rice Vade in English

२ व्यक्तींसाठी 

साहित्य:

१) १ कप भात 
२) १/२ कप बेसन 
३) १ छोटा चमचा तांदळाचे पीठ  
४) १/२ कप बारिक चिरलेली कोथिंबिर
५) १ बारिक चिरलेला कांदा  
६) आंल लसूण पेस्ट 
७) १ छोटा चमचा जिरे  
८) कढीपत्ता 
९) ५-६ हिरव्या मिरच्या  
१०) हळद  
११) १/२  छोटा चमचा लाल मिरची पूड 
१२) ओल खोबर 
१३) तेल तळनासाठी 
१४) मीठ 

कृती:

एका बाउल मध्ये भात, बेसन , कांदा, आल लसूण पेस्ट,  कोथिंबिर, जिरे, कढीपत्ता  बारिक चिरून, हळद, खोबर, आणि छान मळून घ्यावे.

मळलेल्या पीठाचे १ इनचाचे  एकसारखे गोळे करून घ्या.

एक एक गोळा घेवून  तळहातावर थोडासा प्रेस करून मध्यभागी एक छिद्र करून घ्या.

तेल गरम करून हलक्या हाताने हळूच बारिक ग्यासवर वडे तळावेत.

टोमॅटो सॉस सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
