Easy way to make Bajrichi bhakri at home - in Marathi | बाजरीची भाकरी


Bajrichi bhakri is made from bajra (pearl millet) flour and is grey in colour. Bajrichi bhakri or bajra roti is a good source of energy and vital vitamins. Bajrichi bhakri is gluten-free, it helps digestion and weight-loss too. It is helps control diabetics. Bajra roti is a staple food of Maharashtrians since historic times. पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ: १० मिनिटे
बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ:  १० मिनिटे
एकुण लागणारा वेळ: २० मिनिटे 
 व्यक्तींसाठी


साहित्य:

)  वाटी  बाजरीचे पीठ
) पाणी आवश्यकतेनुसार
) मीठ चवीनुसार
) थोडेसे बाजरीचे सुखे पीठ थापताना पसरण्यासाठी
) थोडेसे तेल
) पांढरे तीळ


कृती:


कोमट पाणी घ्यावे त्यात मीठ  थोडसे तेल घालून ढवळून घ्यावे.


या पाण्यात बाजरीचे पीठ घालून पीठ मळून घ्यावे.






या पिठाचे समान भाग करून घ्यावे.


पोळपाटावर थोडेसे कोरडे पीठ पसरून घ्यावे  जाडसर  भाकरी लाटून किंवा  तळहाथाच्या 
सहाय्याने हळू हळू पसरून भाकरी तयार करावी.






लाटलेली भाकरी तव्यावर टाकावी.


कोरडया पीठाच्या बाजूला भाकरीला तव्यावरच हाथाने पाणी लावून घ्यावे.




लगेचच उलटावी  दोन्ही बांजूनी भाजून घ्यावी.


दुसऱ्या बाजूने भाजली की फुलक्याप्रमाणे गॅसवर भाजावी.





लगेचच ही भाकरी तव्यावरून गॅसवर  घालावि चांगली फुगु दयावी.




अश्याप्रकारे उरलेल्या पिठाच्या भाकऱ्या करून घ्याव्यात.


गरमागरम  भाकरी दही, कांदा किंवा कुठल्याही भाजीसोबत खावयास द्यावी.
