Vangyache Bharit in English:

Vangyache bharit is the most renowned of brinjal recipes. The recipe has a lots of variations depending on the part of country its made w.r.t. to ingredients that go in. Also known as 'baingan bharta' in Hindi. It is simple recipe made almost in every households. It is a made on Bhogi festival by Maharashtrians. पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ:१० मिनिटे
बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ१० मिनिटे
 व्यक्तींसाठी


साहित्य:

) मोठ भरताच वांग 
) मोठे कांदे 
) - हिरव्या मिरच्या 
) बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर 
) मोठी वाटी दही 
) तेल 
) मीठ 
८) पांढरे तीळ 


कृती:

वांग्याला थोडेसे तेल लावून द्यावे.




शेगडीवर ठेवून सर्व बाजूंनी भाजून घ्यावे.




भाजले की शेगडीवरून बाजूला करून मिनिटे झाकूण ठेवावे.





साल काढून घ्यावी चमच्याने कुस्करून द्यावे.





कुस्करलेल्या वांग्यात बारीक चिरलेला कांदा, हिरव्या मिरच्या, कोथिंबीर, पांढरे तीळ  मीठ घालून एकजीव करून  घ्यावे.







चांगले एकजीव झाले की त्यात दही घालावे.






गरमा गरम भाकरीसोबत खायला  द्यावे.
