Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 2 Cup diced Pumpkin
2)1 cup jiggery
3) Rice flour
4)1/2 tsp oil
5) Oil for frying
6) Salt a pinch
Method:
Heated Kadai add pumpkin and cover it for few minutes.
If require add little water. Let it cook.
Add jiggery and cook together.
Once it mixed wel and pumpkin is
cooked add rice flour, salt and make a dough of it. If you feel it’s very loose
you can add more flour to it.
Let the dough cool. Add 1/2tsp oil. Make small
balls.
Spread them on a plastic sheet to the size of puri with hand.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
