Serves for 2.



Ingredients:

1) 2 Cups Whole wheat flour
2) 2 Cups chopped methi
3) 1 tsp cumin seeds
4) Turmeric Powder
5) Salt as per taste
6) Coriander Leaves
7) Ginger Garlic and green chilly paste
8) ½ cup oil
9) ½ tsp carom seeds






Method:

Take whole wheat flour.


Mix ingredients cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds.


Chopped and add salt mix into methi.
Wash and drain methi.



Add methi in above mixture.
Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.



Make a medium size balls of the dough.


Roll the dough into medium sized rotis.



On tava cook the methi thalipeeth with  some oil.



Cook from both the side till brown on both the sides.
Serve hot with curd.
