Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 1 and ¼ cups of (yogurt) Chakka
2) ½ cup of sugar as needed
3) ½ tsp crushed cardamom
4) ½ tsp charoli, 1 tbsp pistachios slices, 1tbs almonds slices
5) Fine mesh skimmer
Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 1 and ¼ cups of (yogurt) Chakka
2) ½ cup of sugar as needed

4) ½ tsp charoli, 1 tbsp pistachios slices, 1tbs almonds slices
5) Fine mesh skimmer
Method:
Place all chakka and sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Put mixture into skimmer press with
spoon and let the chakka mixture pass through the fine mesh.
Dissolve the saffron in the warm milk,
milk will take on saffron colour.
Add cardamom powder, charoli, pistachios
slices, almonds slices.
Chill the shrikhand before serving.

Method:
Drain the yogurt.
Put a muslin cloth over a strainer.
Pure the yogurt over muslin cloth to
drain.
This all process will take almost 7-8
hours.
