Ingredients:
1) 1 cup chavali (black Eyed Beans)
2) 2 tsp oil
3)
Turmeric Powder
4) 1 tsp Malvani masala
5) 1 onion
6) 1 cup grated coconut
7) 4-5 curry leaves
8) 2-3 Kokam
9)
Coriander Leaves
10) Salt as per taste
Method:
Soak
chavli for 6-7 hours in enough water.
Take pan add oil once it heat add curry
leaves and chopped onion when it becomes transparent add chavli and malvani
masala.
Add little water cover with lid and let
it cook for next 15 minutes.
By the time prepare coconut masala.
Heat little oil add chopped onion and
grated coconut when it becomes golden brown turn off flame.
Keep aside and let this mixture cool. Grind
this mixture and make fine paste.
Once the chavli cooked add the above
mixture and little water, salt and kokam stir it for minutes.
Cook for another 5 minutes. Once it
done garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve
with steamed rice or chapatti.
