Ingredients:
1) 2 Medium Potatoes
2) 1 cup chickpea flour
1) 2 Medium Potatoes

3) 1 tsp rice flour
4) Turmeric Powder
5) ½ tsp red chilli powder
6) Pinch of baking soda
7) Salt as per taste

8) Oil for deep frying
Method:
Peel potatoes and cut into thin round slices.
Peel potatoes and cut into thin round slices.
Soak
them into salt water for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile
mix all ingredients like chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red
chilli powder, salt and baking powder.
Add
enough water prepare batter.
Heat
oil in pan for deep frying. Drain water
from potato slices.
Deep
slices into the batter and deep fry them till it turn into golden colour.
Serve
hot with green chutney.
