Bitter Guard Bhaji (Karlyachi Bhaji)

Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 3-4 Bitter Guards
2) 2 tsp red chilli powder
3) 1 tsp coriander powder
4) Turmeric powder
5) ½ cup rice flour
6) oil for frying
7) Salt as per
taste
Method:
Remove all skin of Bitter Guards.
Remove all skin of Bitter Guards.
Wash and cut into
small pieces.
Add salt and keep
aside for 5 minutes.
Add coriander
powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it well.
Deep into rice
flour.
Heat oil and fry it
on medium low flame.
Fry until it turn
into golden brown.
Serve hot with dal
rice.
You can also serve as side
dish.
