Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups  skin of Ridge groud
2) 2 tsp red chilli powder
3) 1 tsp coriander powder
4) Turmeric powder
5) ½ cup rice flour 
6) oil for frying
7) Salt as per taste

Method:

Remove all skin of ridge ground.
Wash and cut into small peaces.
Add salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it well.
Deep into rice flour.


Heat oil and fry it on medium low flame.
Fry until it turn into golden brown.

Serve hot with dal rice.
You can also serve as side dish.
