Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup chopped Cabbage
2) 1 Cup Besan
3)
Turmeric powder
6) Salt as
per taste
7) 4-5 green Chillies
8) 5-6 Garlic Cloves
9) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
10) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
11) Curry Leaves
12) Coriander leave
13) Oil for Tempering
Method:
Heat oil into kadai.
Add
mustard seeds, once it started to crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves,
chopped green chillies and chopped onion.
Saute
for 5 minutes and add chopped Cabbage. Sprinkle some salt.
Cover and cook Cabbage for 5 minutes.
If require sprinkle some water.
After 5 minutes add 2 cups of water and turmeric powder.
Take besan in mixing bowl add sufficient water and make fine paste.
Once the water in kadai started boiling add besan mixture little by
lilttle.
Keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
Put heat on low flame and keep a lid on kadai.
And cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or rice bhakri.
