1) 1 cup Maida 2) 1 cup Sooji 3) 3/4 cup Sugar 4) 1/2 cup Milk 5) Salt 6) Oil to fry
Method:
In a mixing bowl add Sooji, maida and salt mix it. Add little hot oil,milk and sugar and knead the dough. Keep aside for 2-3 hours. Make a small balls and roll with rolling pin to make thin puri. Heat oil and deep fry in oil.
