Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 1 Fenugreek Leaves
 
2) 1 cup besan
3) 5-6 green chili
4) Coriander leaves
5) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
6) Turmeric powder
7) Coriander Powder
8) Salt as per taste
9) Water as per requirment
10) Oil to frying
11) Grated Coconut

Method:

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves and coriander leave.

In a  mixing bowl take chopped fenugreek leaves and Coriander leaves, besan, green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt.

Add little water to form a smooth and thick batter.

Apply oil at the base and sides of plate.

Pressure cook above mixture for 10 -15 minutes without whistle.

You can also use dhokla maker.

Insert a knife and if it comes out clean, the vadi is cooked well.

Let it cool.

Remove it from cooker and cut into a square shaped slices.

Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil till crisp and browned.

Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
