Mulyachya Panache besan in Marathi




Time:

20 Minutes,
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup chopped radish leaves
2) 1  Cup Besan
3) Turmeric powder
4) Salt as per taste
5) Salt as per taste
6) 4-5 green Chillies
7) 5-6 Garlic Cloves
8) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
9) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
10) Curry Leaves
11) Coriander leave
12) Oil for Tempering



Method:

Heat oil into kadai. 

Add mustard seeds, once it started to crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped onion.


Saute for 5 minutes and add chopped radish leaves. Sprinkle some salt.



Cover and cook radish leaves for 5 minutes.


If require sprinkle some water.


After 5 minutes add Besan turmeric powder  mix it well.

Sprinkle little water.

Keep on starring to avoid lumps.



Put heat on low flame and keep a lid on kadai.

And cook for another 5 minutes.


Serve hot with chapati or rice bhakri.
