पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ: ३० मिनिटे
कृती स्रोत : माझ्या सासुबाई 
साधारण १/२ किलो 


साहित्य:

१) १५ लिंबू 
२) १५० ग्रॅम मीठ
३) २ चिमूठ हींग
४) २ मोठे चमचे लाल तिखट
५) १ छोटा चमचा हळद
६) ३-४ चमचे साखर  

कृती:

साधारण १/२ किलो लोणच मावेल एवढी काचेची बरणी घ्यावी.

लिंबू चांगले धुवून घ्यावे व कोरडया कापडाने फुसावे त्यांना पाणी राहणार नाही याची काळजी घ्यावी.

या लिंबांचे ८-१० टुकडे करावे.

बरणी कापडाने फुसुन कोरडी करावी आता त्यात लिंबाचे तुकडे घालावे त्यात मीठ, लाल मिरची पूड, हींग, साखर घालून कोरडया चमच्याने मिक्स करून घ्यावे.

बरणीचे झाकण लावून ८ दिवस ठेवावे.

या ८ दिवसात दररोज दिवसातून १ तरी कोरडया चमच्याने ढवळावे.

८ दिवसांनी तुमचे लोणचे तयार आहे खाण्यासाठी.

या लोणच्याची जर व्यवस्तीत काळजी घेतली तर हे १ वर्ष ही टिकते.

हे लोणचे वरण भात, दही भात व खिचडी कशाही सोबत छान लागत. 


टिप:

हे लोणच टिकविण्यासाठी याला कशाही प्रकारे पाणी लागणार नाही याची काळजी घ्यावी. 

बरणी, लिंबू व चमचा चांगले कोरडे करून घ्यावे.
