Ghadichi Poli | Layered Chapati(Roti) Recipe in Marathi | घडीच्या पोळ्या

Ghadichya Polya in English:

Ghadichi Poli recipe is an unique technique used by Maharashtrian to make layered chapati. They are filling and best eaten during breakfast or lunch times. Here we give you an easy way to make this not-so-tough recipe with images at every stage. Would like to share with you - the aroma while making this layered roti is awesome.



साहित्य:

१) २ वाटया कणिक
२) ४ मोठे चमचे तेल
३) मीठ चवीनुसार
४) पाणी कणिक भिजविण्यासाठी

कृती :

एका भांडयात कणिक घ्यावे त्यात मीठ व तेल घालून एकत्र करून घ्यावे.

त्यात आवश्यकतेनुसार पाणी घालून पीठ मळुन घ्यावे.



१० मिनिटे पीठ झाकून ठेवावे.

या पीठाचे गोळे करून घ्यावे.

एक गोळा घेवून त्याची खाली दाखविल्याप्रमाणे छोटी पोळी लाटून घ्यावी व त्यावर थोडेसे तेल पसरून घ्यावे.





तेलावर थोडेसे  पीठ पसरून घ्यावे.



त्याची खाली दाखविल्याप्रमाणे घडी घालावि.


पुन्हा एकदा थोडेसे तेल पसरुन त्यावर पीठ पसरावे व खाली दाखविल्याप्रमाणे पुन्हा एकदा घडी घालावि.




पोळपाटावर थोडेसे पीठ पसरून  पोळी लाटून घ्यावी.


लाटताना एकदा पलटून लाटावी म्हणजे ती सर्व बाजुनी लाटली जाईल.

तवा गरम करावा व त्यावर लटलेली पोळी घालावि.



कापडाने दाबून चांगली भाजून घ्यावी.

चांगली फुगली की लगेचच तेल लावून घ्यावे.





गरम भाजी सोबत वाढावी.
