पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ: २० मिनिटे

बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ: १५ मिनिटे

२ व्यक्तींसाठी

मिसळचे  साहित्य:

१) मिक्स फारसाण पाव किलो

२) कांदे पोहे १ वाटी

३) २ मध्यम बटाटे उकडलेले

४) २ कांदे

५) १ टोमॅटो

६) कोथिंबीर बरीक चिरलेली

७) घट्ट दही

८) बारीक शेव (आवडत असले तर) नाही घातले तरी चालेल 

९) चिंचेची गोड चटणी

१०) तिखट चटणी

उसळीचे साहित्य:

१) पाव किलो मोडाची मटकी

२) तेल

३) मोहरी

४) कढीपत्त्याची पाने

५) लाल तिखट

६) गरम मसाला

७) गूळ

८) मीठ चवीनुसार

कृती:

मटकी उकडून घ्यावी.

एका भांड्यात तेल गरम करून  त्यात तेल, मोहरी व कढीपत्त्याची पाने घालून फोडणी करावी त्यावर लाल तिखट, गरम मसाला, उकडलेली मटकी व मीठ घालून चांगले परतून उसळ बनवून घ्यावी.

मटकी शिजली की गुळ घालावा.


पाणी घालून रस्सा जास्त करूं नये.

उसळ झाली की एका खोलगट भांड्यात प्रथम मिक्स फरसाण घ्यावे त्यावर १ चमचा कांदा पोहे, बटाट्याच्या फोडी व  एक डाव उसळ घालावी.

मग त्यावर बारीक चिरलेला कांदा, टोमॅटो, कोथिंबीर घालून त्यावर गोड व तिखट चटणी घालावी.

वरून बारीक शेव व घट्ट दही घालावे.

सर्व्ह करावी.

ही  मिसळ शक्यतो नुसतीच खातात पावासोबत ही चांगली लागत नाही.
