Tomato Aloo Methi Bhaji Recipe in English:

The winter season is arriving, Get ready to eat healthy and stay fit- the winter way. The most common veggie that finds a place in Indian kitchen is Aloo Methi. It is made from the fresh fenugreek leaves and potato. The green chillies, ginger-garlic and tomatoes add to the company of prominent dual ingredients. पूर्व तयारीसाठी लागणारा वेळ: १५ मिनिटे
बनविण्यासाठी लागणारा वेळ: २० मिनिटे
व्यक्तींसाठी

साहित्य:

) बटाटे
) कप हिरवी मेथी
) टोमॅटो
) कांदा
) - लसणाच्या पाकळ्या
) चहाचा चमचा आल मिरचीची पेस्ट
) / चहाचा चमचा मोहरी
) / चहाचा चमचा जिरे
) कढीपत्त्याची पाने
१०) / चहाचा चमचा लाल मिरची पूड
११) चिमूठ हळद
१२) फोडणीसाठी तेल
१३) मीठ चवीनुसार

कृती:

बटाटे उकडून घ्यावे.

साल काढून फोडी करून घ्याव्यात.

मेथी निवडून  स्वच्छ धुवून घ्यावी.

चाळणीवर टाकून निथळुन घ्यावी.

पाणी निघून गेले की बारीक चिरून घ्यावी.

कांदा बारीक चिरून घ्यावा.





एका भांड्यात फोडणीचे तेल गरम करावे त्यात मोहरी घाला ती तडतडली की लगेचच त्यात जिरे कढीपत्त्याची पाने घालून फोडणी करावी.





लसणाच्या पाकळ्या चिरून घालाव्या.


लगेचच बारीक चिरलेला कांदा घालून लाल होईपर्यंत परतावा.





कांदा झाला की बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो घालावाचिरलेली मेथी घालावि मेथी थोडीशी आळली की  त्यात हळद, लाल तिखट मीठ घालून मिनिटे परतावे.






बटाट्याच्या फोडी घालून परतावे.






ही भाजी चपाती किंवा  नुसत्या वरण भातासोबतही छान लागते.
