२ व्यक्तींसाठी
साहित्य:
१) १ वाटी तांदुळ पीठ
२)१ चमचा मक्याचे पीठ
३)१ चमचा कणिक
४)१ चमचा बेसन
५) मीठ चवीनुसार
६) १/२ चहाचा चमचा जिरे
७) १ चहाचा चमचा आल लसूण पेस्ट
८) १ चहाचा चमचा लाल तिखट
९) कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरलेली
१०) बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
११) तेल
कृती:
वरील सर्व पीठे एकत्र करून घ्यावी.
त्यात मीठ, जिरे, आल लसूण पेस्ट, लाल तिखट, कोथिंबीर व बारीक चिरलेला कांदा घालून आवश्यकतेनुसार पाणी घालून पोळीप्रमाणे पीठ मळुन घ्यावे.
१० मिनिटे बाजूला करून ठेवावे.
एका जाडसर प्लास्टिकच्या तुकड्यावर थोडस तेल हाथाने पसरावे.
पसरून झाल की लगेचच गरम तव्यावर टाकावे बाजूने थोड थोड तेल सोडावे.
दह्यासोबत गरमच सर्व्ह करा.
