Cauliflower chi Bhaji

Ingredients:
1)2 cup cauliflower
2)1 onion
3)1 Tomato
4)Turmeric powder
5)4-5 curry leaves
6)2 Tsp of Red Chili Powder
7)Ginger garlic paste
8)2 Tsp of oil
9)Coriander Leaves
10)Mustard seeds and cumin seeds
11)Salt as per taste
12)Grated coconut
Method:
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and keep it in salty warm water aside.
Heat the oil in a small tempering bowl and add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When the seeds crackle add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion until it get golden brown.
Add cauliflower, turmeric powder and red chili powder, salt and mix it.
Add coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve hot.
