Methi Pithla (Pithla Recipe)

Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup chopped Methi Leaves
2) 1 Cup Besan

3) Turmeric powder
6) Salt as per taste
7) 4-5 green Chillies

8) 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
9) 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
10) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

11) Curry Leaves
12) Coriander leave

Method:
Heat oil into kadai.
Add mustard seeds, once it started to crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped onion.
Saute for 5 minutes and add chopped Methi leaves. Sprinkle some salt.Cover and cook methi for 5 minutes.
If require sprinkle some water.
After 5 minutes add 2 cups of water and turmeric powder.
Take besan in mixing bowl add sufficient water and make fine paste.
Once the water in kadai started boiling add besan mixture little by lilttle.
Keep on starring to avoid lumps.
Put heat on low flame and keep a lid on kadai.
Serve hot with rice or rice bhakri.
