Spicy Suran Slices in Marathi

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1)250 gram Suran(Elephant foot yam)
2) Turmeric Powder
3) Salt as per taste
4)4-5 kokam
5) Red chilli powder 1 tsp
6) Rice flour 
7) oil














Method:

Make thin slices of Suran. 



Add cold water and kokam leave it for 5 minutes.



Remove all slices from water and add turmeric powder, salt, kokam and masala mix well.




Dip in rice flour one by one.



Heat the oil and deep fry suran pieces over a medium heat and put lid make them cook.


Serve hot with Dal Rice as a side dish.
