Valachi Usal


Preparation Time:

Ingredients:

1)1 cup of Val
2)2 tea spoon of oil 
3) Turmeric Powder
4) Malvani masala 2 spoon
5)1 onion
6)1cup of grated Coconut 
7)4-5 Curry Leaves 
8) Coriander Leaves
9)1 Tomato
10) Salt as per taste 

Method:

Soak Vaal beans for 6-7 hours. Drain water. Take clean cloth put all Vaal beans into it tie the cloth tightly. Keep it for sprouting.
Once it get sprouted remove skin very gently.
Take a pan add oil wait until hot. Add curry leaves, onion stir for few seconds. Once the onion get brown add pawate(vaal beans),turmeric powder and malvani masala.
Add little water, salt cover and cook for few minutes.
Take a pan add little oil until hot add onion and coconut until golden brown. Keep aside make a paste of it.
Add paste and tomato into Vaal. Cover and cook for few minutes. Once it is done sprinkle some coriander leaves.
