Green Peas Potato Bhaji in Marathi

Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup Green Peas
2) 1 Potato
3) 1 Tomato
4) 1 chopped Onion
5) Turmeric Powder
6) 2 tsp Malvani Masala

9) 1 Cup grated coconut

12) Salt as per taste

Method:
Heat oil in kadhai.
Heat oil in kadhai.
Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste
and chopped onion.
Sauté onion till translucent.
Add chopped tomato. Cook until tomato
turns tender and oil get separated.
Add masala, turmeric powder and salt.
Add potato and green peas add little water.
Stir it well and cook covered until
potatoes are half done.
Other side heated oil add onion and
grated coconut fry until golden.
Keep aside for cool.
Make fine paste of above mixture.
Add it to the potato.
Stir it and cook for another 5 minutes.
Once it done garnish with coriander
leaves.
Serve hot with chaptti.
