Hirvya Mirchicha Thecha in Marathi

Ingredients:
1) 7-8 Green Chilies
2) 1 tsp Oil
1) 7-8 Green Chilies
2) 1 tsp Oil
3) 2 tsp dry coconut
4) 1 tsp Cumin seeds
5) 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
6) 7-8 Garlic cloves
7) 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
8) Salt as per taste
Method :
Select less spicy green chilies.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chilies and sesame seeds and saute.
once sesame seeds crackle add dry coconut and saute till it change the colour little brown add chopped coriander leaves and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Turn off heat take all mixture in a mortar and pound with pestle to a coarse paste. Or you can also use mixer to make paste.
Serve with Bhakri or you can also eat as a side dish.
