Serves for 2.
Ingredients:
1) 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2) 1 and ½ cup paste of palak (spinach)
1) 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2) 1 and ½ cup paste of palak (spinach)
3) 1 tsp cumin seeds
4) 1 tsp sesame seeds
5) Turmeric powder
6) Salt as per taste
7) 4 green Chilies

9) 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
10) 1 tsp oil

Mix turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds,
coriander leaves, sesame seeds, ginger garlic paste in wheat flour.
Make a paste of palak and green chilies.
Mix this paste in above mixture. Knead to
semi-soft dough.
Add little oil and keep aside for 10
minutes.
Divide the dough into a equal portion and
roll out each portion into circle, using a little wheat flour for rolling.
Heat a tava and cook each thalipeeth on
both sides, using little butter, till brown spots appear on both the sides.
