Sabudana Chivda

Sabudana Chivda in Marathi

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup Nylon Sabudana (It's Different form  the sabudana we use for sabudana khichadi)
2) 1/2 cup Peanuts











3) Dry coconut
4) Oil for Deep Frying
5) Salt to taste
6) Powder Sugar to tast

Method:

Deep fry sabudana. 

Put  fried Sabudana on a paper towel to absorbed excess oil from it.

In a same oil deep fry peanuts and dry coconut pieces put it on paper towel.

Put sabudana in a mixing bowl add above fried peanuts and coconut.

Add powder sugar and salt as per taste and mix it well.

If needed you  can also add red chilli powder or green chilli.

Keep it into air tight container.
